Meet Bruce: the tag along, get along, go along pony. 54” or 13.5 hh. He is as loyal as they come. Sweet and quiet disposition. He is one of those horses that will meet you at the gate ready to go. So easy to catch my 9-year-old son halters him in the pasture with other horses around. (He’s so non-spooky and devoted, he’ll even follow you into a crowded tack room.) He’s sure footed in the country. Been ridden in the breaks north of Geyser gathering cattle. He will cross water, deadfall, railroad tracks, etc. He doesn’t spook at new environments, loud scenes, wildlife, or traffic. He keeps up with the big horses down the trails. Very soft in the mouth and neck reins. Picks up both leads in the arena with an extremely smooth lope. Good to load, haul, and shoe. Stands quietly for clipping. Use him for ranch work, trail riding or 4H prospect.
