Bean is a big and friendly good natured 15.3 hand 15 year old gentle giant gelding and has big feet and bone to match his big body. This is the kind we all need! He is always gentle and happy to see you and is ready and willing to do whatever we have planned. He has a nice smooth collected trot and will lope out on cue with a good stop, back up and side passes with ease. He neck reins or direct reins. You could not ask for a more solid horse to ride out. Bean is rock solid around our neighborhood streets as well as our steep rocky mountain trails. Handles steep terrain like a mountain goat and is very sure footed and careful where he puts his feet. Crosses the river, trail bridges, downed timber and will lead or follow and rides quiet in a larger group as well as going out alone. He is equally as solid riding in our urban environment and is un-concerned with fast passing vehicle, barking dogs, bikes and old couches out at the end of people’s driveways. Bean is a very user friendly horse and is easy to ride and be around. Hops right in the trailer. He would be a great family horse, husband or guest horse.
