Boon is a registered American Quarter Horse, bay roan gelding. He is 8 years old and in the prime of his life! He stands 15.1 hands tall and built like a brick outhouse! Super stocky and capable of carrying any size rider. Boon is the whole package! Perfect age, good looking, bay roan color, registered, nice size and built and most importantly REALLY GOOD BROKE TO RIDE AND SAFE!! Boon is that all around gelding everyone is looking for. Finished Trail Horse, Finished Arena Horse and Finished Ranch Horse. Has done all jobs on the ranch and is very good when it comes to working with cattle. He is quiet and gentle enough for the whole family to ride. We have had beginners ride him and get along very good with him. He is great on the trails and will trail ride all day on a nice loose rein and never bring his head above the saddle horn. Ride him alone or with other horses. Not spooky. Nothing fazes him. He had professional training when younger. You will love his one hand neck rein, side pass, good stop and smooth trot and slow rocking chair canter. Pull his bridle off and ride him with no bridle. If you want a been there done that seasoned gelding that is only 8 years old, then Boon is exactly that. Let him sit for long periods of time and he will stay gentle and be the same horse each time you ride him.
